Tyler Jazz Festival On the Square

This event occurred in the heat of the summer month of July and the demands for shade were enormous. The musicians were all very grateful for that. Plus we added carpet to soften the floor a bit and make it feel more homey to the musicians. Creature comforts make a temendous difference to the musicians who are working hard in 100 degree temperaturs.

Notice the stairway. Thousands of pounds in equipment and personel and musicians travelled up and down the stairs from the wee hours of the morning to the end at 1:00 am take down. No problems. Plenty of room for all. Very sturdy.

Notice Skirting and Fill Lighting

The skirt finishes the stage nicely as well as the lighting to fill in the shady parts of the perfomers. Our lighting was hit, don't you think?
